Helen Purdy – Occupational Therapist
Helen is an Occupational Therapist (OT). Specialising in equipment and adaptations. She is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists and the National Back Exchange. Helen graduated from the university of York St John with BSc (Hons) Occupational therapy. She has worked as a Private OT In a variety of clinical areas including older peoples services, Dementia care, Paediatrics Cardiac setting, Aids and Adaptations. Helen has had five years moving and handling experience and is a volunteer co-ordinator with Lagans Foundation a charity set up to support families with children born with Congenital Heart Defects and feeding issues. Helen is now an independent mobility assessor for Blue Badges.
